If you want to get your lawn cut quickly and neatly, but aren’t concerned about having it look as if it is a bowling green, you may want to consider a rotary lawn mower. These mowers may not be quite as precise as some of the other models, but they are fast and simple to operate.

These mowers are a great choice for getting long, wet grass under control quickly. While other mowers tend to just push the wet grass down, rotary mowers actually will cut through the grass.

If you love the look of a striped lawn, rotary mowers will make lawn maintenance simple. You will not have to adjust the mower before cutting the alternating stripes. Rotary mowers can handle the fine and rough textures of alternating stripes without any adjustment.

You can find rotary mowers powered by petrol or electricity. Each of these mower types has advantages that the other type lacks. Petrol mowers can go anywhere and are ideal for large lawns. These mowers do require yearly maintenance to keep them operating at peak performance. A quick tune up and blade sharpening in the early spring will keep you mower running smoothly for the rest of the year.
